Eileen's Pie Making Directions and Sample Recipe

Many people claim to have difficulty making a flaky pie crust.  Rather than try to improve on their crust perhaps due to time, they choose to purchase a premade frozen pie crust.  If you have ever had a really good home-made flaky pie crust, you will know that there is definitely a difference in taste and texture from a store-bought frozen pie crust.

I am here to offer you assistance in making a pie.  My step by step directions, as found in my book, Apple of Your Pie, are easy to follow and have proved successful for hundreds of bakers.  I have divided the directions into three sections:  Crust, Pie Filling, and Assembling the Pie. If you follow my directions, you are sure to be extremely satisfied with the results.
