If you have ever had a really good home-made flaky pie crust, you will know that there is definitely a difference in taste and texture from a store-bought frozen pie crust.
I am here to offer you assistance in making a pie. My step by step directions, as found in my book, Apple of Your Pie, are easy to follow and have proved successful for hundreds of bakers. I have divided the directions into three sections: Crust, Pie Filling, and Assembling the Pie. If you follow my directions, you are sure to be extremely satisfied with the results.
